HEAVY-DUTY AXIAL NEEDLE BEARINGS
Our premium kits contain all the elements required for a complete OEM quality service for your swingarm. Our special off-road design of needle bearings, boots, pins and dust seals are specially manufactured to meet stringent OEM quality requirements in terms of materials, dimensional tolerances, hardness and surface roughness.
Our off-road premium swingarm has been designed from the ground up to be the most comprehensive OEM spare parts kit on the market. It contains all the OEM quality elements required for a complete overhaul of your swingarm bearings.
Heavy-duty thrust needle bearings handle much greater radial and axial loads and offer a much lower coefficient of friction between the swingarm and frame, unlike cheaper solutions such as POM.
PINS
The pins are precision turned, induction hardened and polished in accordance with the tolerances specified by the vehicle manufacturer. The material used is SAE52100 high grade bearing steel which is hardened to over HRC60 and the raceway is then precision ground.
BALLS
The sleeves are precision turned, polished, hardened to HRC48 and then galvanized. The material used is the standard SPCC steel used in the automotive industry.
DUST SEALS
The dust seals are made of nitrile butadiene rubber and are molded strictly according to the exact OEM specifications. They prevent the ingress of abrasives, corrosive moisture and other harmful contaminants into the bearings.
HEAVY-DUTY NEEDLE ROLLER BEARINGS
1Heavy-duty needle roller bearings are full complement sleeves made of induction hardened SPCC steel with internal clearance, which are particularly suitable for off-road racing applications (high shocks and loads).
