If clutch bells are worn blue or visibly worn on the inside, the clutch facings will wear faster. If the bell is distorted, it comes to slipping or jerking when starting. Replacement is therefore the order of the day. In most cases, the standard clutch bells are made of two parts. Therefore, there is an imbalance which leads to clutch rupture. The ZELIONI clutch bell has a hard chromed surface and is made of one piece. The wall thickness is significantly stronger than the original. Thus, it is absolutely dimensionally stable and without imbalance. The fine-grained blasted pressure surface on the inside provides ideal frictional connection between clutch and bell. Annoying clutch plucking is therefore no longer noticeable.

The mandatory program for all 2-/4- stroke pilots!  The ZELIONI variator was developed especially for weight and wheel size of the Vespa GTS/GT models. High-precision CNC manufacturing of the tracks with precisely calculated pitch angle for optimum acceleration and maximum top speed. Vario back pressure spring, different vario weights and spacers are included. 20x17 mm Assembly note: The ZELIONI Vario can only be installed with the enclosed vario rollers. (no Dr. Pulley etc. rollers/gliders). The tensioning pulley between variator and clutch can be omitted. The following setUp of the vario is recommended: for Vespa GTS250: 6x14gr rollers for Vespa GTS300: 3x14gr, 3x16gr, for maximum acceleration 6x16gr, for long distances.
