for Vespa ET4/LX/LXV/S/GTS/GTS Super/GTV/GT 60/GT/GT L 125-300ccm, 4T, AC/LC  / fits also for PIAGGIO Leader/Quasar 125-300ccm 4T AC/LC If clutch bells are worn blue or visibly worn on the inside, the clutch facings will wear faster. If the bell is distorted, it comes to slipping or jerking when starting. Replacement is therefore the order of the day. In most cases, the standard clutch bells are made of two parts. Therefore, there is an imbalance which leads to clutch rupture. The ZELIONI clutch bell has a hard chromed surface and is made of one piece. The wall thickness is significantly stronger than the original. Thus, it is absolutely dimensionally stable and without imbalance. The fine-grained blasted pressure surface on the inside provides ideal frictional connection between clutch and bell. Annoying clutch plucking is therefore no longer noticeable.

The installation of an optimized variator thus determines not only the acceleration and traction, but also the smoothness of a vehicle. The flank angle is significantly different from the original and provides better acceleration and power optimized drive with better power transmission. The modified fan blades reduce the temperature in the entire drive (vario and clutch). Thus less wear of the V-belt. Aluminum CNC Measured values at the same load/speed: Pulley original: 70° Belt pulley ZELIONI: 59° Installation note: When used in combination with the ZELIONI variator, only the standard PIAGGIO spacer pulley must be installed between the pulley and variator. Important: Due to the changed flank angle the pulley can only be used in combination with the slightly shorter V-belt of the LEADER 125-200 engines (part no. P248052 / R163750660 / M6112854). Otherwise it will rub against the engine housing. We also recommend the ZELIONI variator (part no. ZELVGT30).
